Safety & Accessibility Features
The Legend Series includes an Emergency Stop Button and an Emergency Return System, which connects the power source directly to the actuator in case of a handset or control malfunction, ensuring the user can be safely lifted out of the water. Designed for versatility, it is compatible with most standard pool applications, offering easy installation and user-friendly operation.
Anchor Requirements
This model does not include an anchor. It is designed for use with an existing anchor system, whether a 4-point anchor (item #GLCQPA available in Accessories tab) or a drop-in anchor (item #GLCQDIA available in Accessories tab), that should already be installed in the pool deck.
ADA Compliance & Legal Requirements
To comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commercial and public pools must provide an accessible entry system. The Legend L-325 allows individuals with disabilities to safely, comfortably, and independently transfer from the pool deck into the water. Many state and local governments also require pool lifts to meet accessibility regulations and pool codes.
