Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Prime Moments, we strive to make our return and refund process straightforward and hassle-free for you.

Return Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted beyond this period.

Shipping Costs: If there is an issue with the item or it arrives damaged, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the return. However, if you’re returning it due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is faulty or damaged, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll arrange a return free of charge. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll either issue a replacement or provide a full refund, including any initial shipping charges.

Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days, you’re welcome to do so. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll refund the cost of the product minus the shipping fee.

Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, some banks may take a few additional days to reflect the refund. If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@theprimemoments.com.
