What if my product is damaged?

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage, even to the exterior packaging, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package immediately but suspect possible damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@theprimemoments.com, and we’ll arrange a swift replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
